Encyclopædia Britannica Online High School provides teachers and students access to the complete Encyclopædia Britannica in an interface that provides links to learning materials and teachers' resources. Other features include a "Biography of the Day," "This Day in History," and a news feed from the New York Times.
The Learning Materials section incorporates interactive guides to language arts, mathematics, and science into the classroom and a Teacher's Resources section that helps incorporate the encyclopedia and the Internet into the curriculum. The encyclopedia also provides The Web's Best Sites, which includes sites chosen based on their educational value with an emphasis on curriculum-based content.
