Ulrich's Periodicals Directory (UlrichsWeb) is a directory of over 160,000 U.S. and foreign periodicals and other serials. It includes academic/scholarly journals, consumer magazines, and trade journals.
Information about each title is extensive and usually includes: the ISSN, status (active, ceased, forthcoming), price, publisher (name, address, telephone, website), frequency, if it is online, editor name, if it is refereed, subject category, a brief description, where it is indexed/abstracted, and, in many cases, a review. The Advanced Search option allows focused searches, for example, refereed (scholarly) journals published in the U.S. on psychology.
