Thomson ONE contains reports of publicly-held, stockholder-owned companies, both U.S. and foreign, generally 1992/1993-present. U.S. reports include the Annual Report to Shareholders (ARS), 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, and Registration Statements/Prospectuses. The database provides enhanced navigation through reports, and the capability of customizing reports and downloading financial statements to spreadsheets.
How to reach the screen to search for company reports:
- Open the Screening and Analysis bar on the left.
- Open Filings and select Filings Search.
Access: On & off campus. 5 simultaneous users allowed.
